Although the document is primarily about the WHO in general, the section about Traditional Medicine is very informative and offers an analysis and extrapolation of many WHO documents related to Traditional Medicine, including the Traditional Medicine Strategy 2002-2005. The paper would also be a great bibliographic reference.
